This home was a very unique challenge in that it was designed to look like a 100 year old homestead. We took influences from numerous architectural genres including Cape Cod, French Country, and Craftsman styles and married them together in a flowing home design. Another important characteristic of this home was to maximize the efficiency of the layout. Both the family's dynamic and the lot required that we have a relatively cozy amount of space on the first floor while expanding and utilizing every inch on the second and lower levels. What resulted is a worldly and reminiscent home with practical family-living flair.
