“Dear Brett, Amy, Jack and Sue,
I apologize that this thank you is so long overdue. I can never really thank you enough for our house. It is hard to believe we are already approaching the one year anniversary. Even at the one year mark, every time I drive up to the house, sit on the patio, or walk through the house, I am still overwhelmed at how great it is. There has not been one thing I would have done differently and I don't think many people can say that.
I knew after my first few meetings with Brett that Griffin Builders would be my best choice. I appreciate that you took my long list of ideas and were able to translate them onto paper and then into this wonderful house. I appreciated your guidance about things I was clueless about (baseboards, trim, etc) and things I wasn't sure about (stone walls inside the house?)
Even with our recent water issue, I had no doubt that the problem would be addressed and solved and you exceeded my expectations. Recently, we have had friends that did not have a good experience with their builder and we are so blessed and thankful for all of you. Please give my thanks to all the Griffin guys as well.
